Meet the Day-of-Coordinator

By day, Sara Jones is a busy wife, mother of two, and a chemist! But by night, she has taken up the fun and often overlooked job of a Day-of-Wedding Coordinator. 

Sara has proven herself time after time to be the professional coordinator you need and deserve. She arrives prepared and ready to organize your special day and keep everything flowing gracefully. When asked why she decided to become a wedding coordinator, she says:

“I’ve attended many weddings with my husband, DjMj, and have come to realize that most people aren’t aware of the fine details and logistics of weddings. It takes a very detailed person to organize such a big event and there are so many big and small details to plan. A bride can be fully capable of planning a wedding herself or can hire a planner for help. However, the planner does not direct the rehearsal or ensure all vendors arrive on time on the big day. This is when a Day of Coordinator comes in to save the day! My organizational skills and attention to detail allows me to keep your special day flowing gracefully.

It is my goal to ensure that the Bride gets to enjoy her Wedding Day; spending time with her friends and family, getting pampered, and dealing with as little stress as possible. I work hard to plan out the logistics of the entire day and encourage vendors and volunteers to ask for my assistance instead of going to the Bride.”
