Meet the Day of Coordinator

By day, Sara Jones is a busy wife, mother of two, and a chemist! But by night, she has taken up the fun and often overlooked job of a Day of Wedding Coordinator. 

While new to the scene when it comes to coordinating, Sara has already proven herself to be a professional coordinator. She arrives prepared and ready to organize your special day and keep everything flowing gracefully. When asked why she decided to become a wedding coordinator, she says:

“I’ve attended many weddings with my husband, DjMj, and have come to realize that most people aren’t aware of the fine details and logistics of weddings. It takes a very detailed person to organize such a big event and there are so many big and small details to plan. A bride can be fully capable of planning a wedding herself or can hire a planner for help. However, the planner does not direct the rehearsal or ensure all vendors arrive on time on the big day. This is when a Day of Coordinator comes in to save the day! My organizational skills and attention to detail allows me to keep your special day flowing gracefully.”
